Can I be assured a lifestyle of independence?

Definitely. Our philosophy is to allow you all the freedom and independence you may want, while at the same time assuring you of the concerned attention you may need.


May I have guests visit me?

Certainly. Your friends and family are always welcome for a daytime or overnight stay at Creekside Retirement Community. A small charge is made for guest meals.


Is there a charge if I use the hair salon?

This is one of the few extra charges. Special senior discounts are offered and payment is made directly to the beautician/barber.


Is there a large entrance fee to pay or investment to be made before being accepted?

No. Only a small set up fee and your first month’s rent is payable when you move into Creekside.


Do I pay for using the community van and bus?

No. The van and bus are available at scheduled times free of charge.


What help can I expect if I become ill or am disabled suddenly?

Every apartment is equipped with a two-way emergency intercom system which is monitored at the reception office on a 24-hour basis. There are also pull cords located in every bathroom, near the shower, which are monitored in the same way. If there is an emergency in our independent section, licensed nurses are available to assist, around the clock, with no extra charge to the resident. Nurses are also on duty 24-hours a day, seven days a week, in our assisted living section.


Can I control the temperature in my apartment?

All common areas of the facility have centralized heating and air conditioning. All of the apartments have individual temperature controls with which you decide how warm or cool you wish to be.


How are meals provided?

We have a trained dietary staff that prepares all meals in a state-of-the-art kitchen. Three delicious meals are prepared daily with a salad bar. Beverage bar is open on a 24-hours a day.


I plan to keep my car – is parking available?

Yes. Creekside offers reserved covered parking for a nominal fee to residents and adequate parking for our residents and their guests.
